Practical complex mixture with paprika/pepper-note, herbs and garlic.

Useing: 1 kg minced meat with 100 g "Barbecue-Mix" and 100 ml water, mix well.

You don't need to add breadcrumbs to this speciality, because Barbecue prevents the minced meat for grey-coloring and it's form-stabilized for grilling.
