An universal usable, soluble agent-combination containing nitre and extract-flavouring. The exquisite touch of juniper / coriander combined with pepper and cloves give a fine and well-orchestrated taste.

Manufacturing:

Premix 100 g GEPÖ 2000 E/S with 1 kg nitrite pickling salt / cooking salt. After that add 40 - 50 g of this nitrite pickling salt-mixture per kg meat - it depends on the size of the meat.
