Something clever and delicious can be make so easy:



To create this "Meat-Hotpot for gourmets" you mix fresh meat (pork, beef or poultry), cut into small strips or cubes, with MariTop complete marinades and the sauce-thickener. Afterwards the compound is ready to filled in casings for cooking.









Recipe for 10 kg:

1.) Liquidate 250 g sauce-thickener (by using a blender) in 1,75 l water and mix this with 3 kg MariTop afterwards.

2.) Add 5 kg uncooked meat (pieces shouldn't be cut too large)

3.) Fill the complete compound in e.g. AVO's-sterilised-casings (under vacuum)

4.) Cook them nearly 1,5 hours at 90°C

5.) and cool them afterwards.
